Clark Randall is an award winning independent journalist based in St. Louis, Missouri. Staying in the city, he graduated with a degree in African & African American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. He studies low-income housing policy and the historical processes of segregation and suburbanization. Recently, Clark has written extensively on large landowners in the region, and the politics and funding mechanisms of the Section-8, Housing Choice Voucher program.
