Holder of the Franco-German Bachelor in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and SciencesPo Paris, Jules Hebert graduated from the Master in Environmental Policy from the Paris School of International Affairs at SciencesPo. He did an internship at the Fondation de l'Ecologie Politique, and at the Europe-Ecologie Les Verts headquarters, then freelanced for the Brussels office of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung before joining the French office of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung in 2016 as coordinator of the energy, ecological and social transition programmes. Since January 2022 he is also the Deputy Director of the office.
