Luna Afra Evans is a social justice activist and a student of philosophy and political science at Freie Universität Berlin. They are part of the political education team of the Grüne Jugend Berlin and a member of the racial justice task force of the Federation of Young European Greens. They also work for a Green member of parliament.

Their experiences include serving as a spokesperson for the Grüne Jugend Berlin and organizing for campaigns such as Genug ist Genug (Enough is Enough) and #WirFahrenZusammen (We drive together). They are convinced that progressive alliances are necessary to win the fight for a better future, especially concerning climate justice and workers' rights.

Their academic focus lies on Black Studies, decolonial feminism and materialist political theory. Additionally, they are part of a collective working on theater, poetry and other forms of art concerned with queer political topics.
