Mathilde Lanciaux joined the Paris office of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung in January 2022 as the coordinator of the Democracy and Foreign and Security Policy programs. Since January 2024, she has held the position of Deputy Director. Previously, she worked in local government and in the Science and Technology Department of the French Embassy in Germany, based in the Munich office. With a double Master's degree in International Politics from the IEP Bordeaux and the University of Stuttgart, she completed several internships, notably at the French Embassy in India and as a parliamentary assistant at the Bundestag.
