Tmnit Zere has been working for the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung since 2016. Until 2023, she was a project officer in the Social Policy Division, where she mainly dealt with family policy issues and developed digital education formats for young people. She is currently a policy advisor in the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s domestic management team. She studied political science at the TU Darmstadt.

Tmnit has been involved in human rights education for many years and implements capacity-building measures for activists in the field of anti-racism and diversity.
