Hyacinthe Niyitegeka (she/her) is from Rwanda. She is a water scientist and environmentalist who is passionate about climate change and environmental protection. She is committed to addressing the loss and damage caused by climate change on national, African, and global levels. Hyacinthe recently finished her Master’s degree at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. She is fully engaged with her peers in raising their voices and advocating for the most vulnerable people affected by climate change.
