Ineza Umuhoza Grace is an eco-feminist and youth activist based in Rwanda. She is the founder of a youth-led organization based in Rwanda – the Green Fighter, which undertakes education and training of children and youth, advocates for enhancing youth engagement in climate policy fora and undertakes climate and environmental restoration projects. She is also a co-founder of the Loss and Damage Youth Coalition which includes almost 300 youth worldwide working together to advocate for scaled up finance for the most vulnerable people, countries and communities to address climate change. She is on the Rwandan delegation to the UNFCCC and attended COPs 24 and 25. She follows gender and Loss and Damage and is recognized by her national focal point as the de-facto focal point on gender in Rwanda.
