Olha Yashchenko is a Ukrainian feminist, LGBT+ activist, and manager with 9 years of experience. Since 2022 she has worked at the Feminist Workshop NGO. She optimized the structure and processes, which helped not only to keep the organization afloat during a full-scale war but to scale as well. As a result, multiple dedicated branches were created, focused on specific challenges: assistance to women affected by the war, sex education, strengthening the voices of Ukrainian feminists, building a community of feminist and LGBT+ activists, etc. 

Olha promotes the principle that working in the public sector is a legitimate profession that requires expertise and dedication and deserves appropriate compensation.
