Livia Kollewijn is the Digital Policy and Communications Intern at the Heinrich Böll Foundation Washington, DC. In this role, she supports the foundation’s work on digital governance and transatlantic policy through research, publications, public programming, and communications.
She recently graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics (PPLE) from the University of Amsterdam, where she majored in Politics. She is a recipient of a scholarship from the Netherlands-America Foundation supporting her internship in Washington, DC. Her academic work focuses on international security, governance, and the political implications of emerging technologies. Her main interests include online radicalization, digital governance, and the intersection of technology and international security.
