Alinafe is a development practitioner with over 8 years of work experience across different thematic areas: humanitarian; climate resilience; energy; agriculture; and sexual reproductive health, rights and services. She currently works as a Gender and Diversity Specialist at GIZ Malawi and is also a Masters of science student in Gender and Development Studies at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. In her free time she sits on the board of the feminist organization ForEquality and a climate and SRHR local NGO Mphatso Zathu Foundation. Alinafe loves being in water, taking photos of sunsets and dancing.
