Carina is an expert in strategic political messaging, particularly on Big Tech regulation, and advancing democratic governance in the digital age. She holds a Franco-Chinese Master’s in Global Media and Communication from Sciences Po Paris and Fudan University Shanghai. During her studies, she gained experience in science diplomacy across Berlin, Paris, and New York City. Looking ahead, Carina is committed to promoting digital sovereignty and accountability, with a strong focus on fighting the growing influence of disinformation and polarization in European democracies.
