Carla Adams is the Office Manager for the Heinrich Böll Foundation, Washington, DC. She is responsible for office operations, the internship program and human resources. Additionally, Carla provides support to the Executive Director and Financial Manager.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and German Studies from Wellesley College and a Master's degree in German and European Studies from Georgetown University.
