Christin Schweisgut runs the Infrastructure and Development Program which is part of the office’s work on global structural change. Prior to joining the foundation’s Washington, DC office, Christin served as a desk officer at the German Embassy to the United States and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Berlin, working on energy and digital policy.

From 2013 to 2015, Christin worked as a Trusts and Estates Attorney at a law office in Berlin, Germany.

She carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Bonn (Germany), where she also spent some time working at the German Permanent Representation to the UN organizations in Rome, Italy. She holds a law degree from the Friedrich-Wilhelms-University, Bonn, and a Licence en droit from the Paul Cézanne University in Aix-en-Provence, France.
