Felix studied economics and philosophy in Bayreuth, Paris and Seoul. He is a Global Transitions intern at the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Washington, D.C. in the "Digital & Technology Policy" program. His research interests include the impact of digitalization on democratic processes, international cooperation and the global South.
