James Fortin recently served as the Political Action Committee Manager at lobbying giant Williams & Jensen PLLC, where he oversaw finances and FEC compliance for over 25 federal PACs on behalf of a diverse clientele.  He also served as the Director of Finance for the American-Central European Business Association, the American-Lithuanian Business Council, the American-Romanian Business Council, the US-Hungary Business Council, the US-Poland Business Council, and the US-Turkmenistan Business Council.  Before taking on his role at Williams & Jensen, Mr. Fortin worked on Capitol Hill for Congresswoman Chellie Pingree (ME-01) and as a fundraiser for The George Washington University’s Division of Development and Alumni Relations. As an undergraduate, Mr. Fortin studied political science with a public policy focus at The George Washington University and also spent time in Germany, participating in an Institute for the International Education of Students program focused on European Union politics, policy, and economics.
