Jean de Dieu Cirhigiri is completing his master’s degree in public policy at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt, Germany. He spoke at the European Public Policy Conference in Spain in March 2019 and he co-founded and chaired Youth Forward Congo, a nonprofit Organization promoting youth entrepreneurship and civic participation. He is also a delegate at the World Bank Group Youth Summit.
