Jeanne Dillschneider is the chairwoman of the Greens in the Saar Region and leader of the Greens in the city council of Saarbrücken. Prior to that, she represented Green youth organization of the Saar Region. She studied law at the University of Saarland and is working on her master thesis for her LL.M. in technology law with a focus on data protection law. Her engagement in politics and activism aims to bring local solutions to climate change and to create strategies to improve democratic dialogue with citizens. As a board member of Change Network, she participates in strengthening feminist, queer, and diverse perspectives. Jeanne is half French and half German, alumni of the YEP (Young Elected Politician) Program of the Committee of the Regions and board member of the Young European Federalists. She enjoys running, gaming, and reading.
