Justina Aurea da Costa Belo (she/her) is from Timor-Leste where she is actively involved in different groups on Loss and Damage since December 2019 at COP 25.  She is currently a consultant for the Montreal Protocol project implementation at the National Directorate of Climate Change, with aspirations to become a climate leader in the future. Justina has also been invited to speak at several virtual platforms on Loss and Damage and currently involved in providing inputs into a research piece for IIED.
