Kyndall is a third year student from Richmond, VA. She is an Echols Scholar and double major in the Frank Batten School for Leadership and Public Policy and African-American and African Studies. At UVA, she is a Resident Advisor, Teaching Assistant, Fellow in the Meriwether Institute for Citizen Leadership, Peer Advisor, and former Orientation Leader. Kyndall is the founder of History of Enslaved African-American Laborers at UVA (HEAAL UVA), an organization that partners with student organizations on Grounds to provide educational programming to all first year students on the history of slavery at UVA.
