Louisa Well works as policy advisor on digital affairs to the parliamentary group Alliance 90/ The Greens. Her focus lies on topics such as artificial intelligence, data, sustainability and democracy. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology in Society from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Anglistics from the University of Heidelberg and published work on the dangers of discrimination in the German automated welfare distribution. Before working at the Bundestag, she interned with organizations such as AlgorithmWatch, the Bertelsmann Foundation and the Alliance of German Scientists and volunteered at the Organization for Civic Engagement and Youth Development in Cameroon.
