Luca Niermann (he/him) is a Project Management intern at the Heinrich-Boell-Stiftung Washington, DC. Luca is responsible for assisting the foundation’s directors on current projects including ongoing publications and study tours. Additionally, he supports the Office Manager’s operations through administrative contributions.

Luca studied at the University of Konstanz and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona and recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Public Administration. He is particularly interested in foreign and digital policy as well as sustainable development.
