Luisa Franco Machado is a Brazilian digital rights advocate challenging who shapes tech policy and whose futures it serves. She founded EquiLabs, a global youth-led digital rights lab advancing AI justice and rights-based digital governance. She has been appointed by the United Nations as a Young Leader for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and she has shaped digital policy at OECD.AI, GIZ, and governments globally. Bridging LSE and Sciences Po research with activism, her work has reached over 10 million people worldwide.
