Manoela Vianna is a journalist with a master's degree in Social Policy from the London School of Economics. She works as the Communication Coordinator for Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Rio de Janeiro and is responsible for managing the institution's technopolitics projects. Manoela graduated in journalism from PUC-Rio, has a postgraduate degree in organizational communication from ESPM and, among her professional experiences, was part of the team at Instituto C&A and KOINONIA Presença Ecumenica e Serviço.
