Yvens Rumbold is the Executive Director of Policité, a think-and-do tank based in Haiti, focusing on inclusive policies. Policité aims at leading evidence-based research that centers on local agency in Haiti, and is currently developing research to understand Haitians adoption of AI in education, health and information ecosystem to make policy recommendations.

Yvens is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication, with a research focus on the interplay among diffusion of innovations, media effects, and social norms. He has completed short-term training in cultural policy, leadership, and entrepreneurship in France, the U.S., Canada, Austria, and Qatar. From 2013 to 2015, he was Communications Officer at the Foundation for Knowledge and Liberty (FOKAL) and later served as Development Manager (2020–2024). He also served on the Board of the Centre de la Francophonie des Amériques. Since then, Yvens has consulted for several organizations in Haiti and internationally, specializing in communication and development.
